Cancellation Policy
Deposits & Cancellations
A card is required to book. Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a 50% fee. Missed appointments or late cancellations will forfeit the deposit.
Lateness
A 15-minute grace period is offered. After that, appointments may be canceled, deposits forfeited, and fees charged.
Refunds & Adjustments
No refunds. Minor adjustments are available within 2 weeks of your service.
Pricing
All services are all-inclusive, with gratuity included in the price.
